Where does all the recycled material go?

100% of the material we collect goes to a recycling facility. It is then sorted and processed into new products.

What can I put in the recycle bin?

Glass and plastic bottles, cans, paper, cardboard, milk and juice cartons.

What CANT I put in the recycle bin?

NO Crockery, glass table or cookware, ceramics, foam or bubble wrap.
NO bagged material of any kind or any hazardous material.

Contaminated bins will NOT be emptied and it will be your responsibility to get it removed!
How do I get more bins or change my service?

All enquiries, concerns and requests can be emailed.

I have a lot of paper and cardboard can you help me?

Yes, we can supply you with a large bin for only paper and cardboard.

Why wasn’t my bin serviced?

The most common reason is a blocked or locked entrance. The barrier may be unknown to you.

Traffic hazards often prevent a driver from servicing your bins. We will endeavor to collect some overflow but we can’t do clean ups.
Roadwork’s and breakdowns happen from time to time and we will service ASAP on the next cycle.

What about public holidays, do you still pick up?

Yes, we work on public holidays. Except Christmas and New Years day. These collections will be done on your next cycle.

My bin is dirty what should I do?

You can engage a regular cleaning service which we can arrange for you, or you can have them cleaned along with the rest of your business equipment.
